The Holmen Area Fire Department engaged Five Bugles Design, a Wendel Companies, to perform: a GIS location analysis to determine the location and quantity of stations needed to meet NFPA Guidelines; an existing conditions assessment of the existing station; and space needs analysis and conceptual planning for a new headquarters fire station facility. The report was finalized in December of 2025 with the conclusion and recommendations found on pages 77 and 78.
