To obtain a burn permit for :
Town of Onalaska residents in the Holmen Area Fire District, (North of Cth. "OT"),
Need to set up a time with the Fire Department to have your burn pile/area inspected and we will write the permit on site.
You may either call 608-526-9363, or stop by the station from 7am - 5pm Monday through Friday to set up an appointment.
Town of Onalaska Residents in the City of Onalaska's Fire District, (South of Cth "OT"),
Permits issued only from the Town Hall in Midway.
